Yes, we offer direct billing with many major insurance providers. Our administrative staff is happy to assist you with your insurance claims and any billing questions you may have.

If your insurance provider is not on this list or does not support direct billing, we’ll provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Please bring your insurance information to your appointment. Coverage and eligibility may vary depending on your plan, so we recommend confirming your benefits in advance.

We offer glasses to fit most budgets, starting from as low as $200. Our team is happy to help you find a pair of glasses that suits your visual needs, and your budget.

A comprehensive routine eye exam costs $178. Specialized care has additional costs. Remember, eligible seniors (ages 65+) and children (ages 0-19) can receive routine eye exams covered by OHIP.

Adults without eye complications should have a comprehensive exam every 2 years. If you have a specific problem, don't hesitate to reach out sooner to address your issues.

Annual eye examinations are covered through OHIP for all eligible children ages 0-19. After having their eye exam at our office, all children registered in junior or senior kindergarten who require glasses are eligible for free prescription glasses through the Ontario Association of Optometrists Eye See Eye Learn (ESEL) program.

Annual eye exams (covered by OHIP) are recommended for children ages 19 and under. Your optometrist may recommend more frequent visits if they are monitoring or treating a condition.

You can go online or call our office to order a supply, or book an appointment if you feel you need a change. Insight offers free shipping in Canada on all contact lens orders of $199 or more. For orders under $199, shipping is a $10 flat rate. In-store pick-up is free, always!

Yes, eye health is more than vision correction. Regular eye examinations check both your vision and other eye health issues, like macular degeneration, glaucoma, retinal health, and screen fatigue.
