From the rural landscape of a dairy farm in Belleville Ontario to the bustling Waterloo Region, Emily joined Insight in 2020.
Having completed her undergrad at Wilfrid Laurier, she moved on toward Optometry at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale Florida and a residency where she trained in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the Veterans Hospital in Erie Pennsylvania. When she isn’t busy assessing your ocular health, she is planning her escape (from an escape room) and learning to swing a nine iron (on the golf course). Ethel’s Lounge and St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market are Emily’s favourite places to shop local. Emily loves SALT. Optics and Maui Jim sunglasses.
